I ordered this replacement because the original replacement for my Insignia TV caused the back button to not work and the power button to fall off. But this replacement has hard buttons that are loud and light, difficult to press, and you usually have to be nearby and pointing directly at the TV for it to work, unlike the original, which I could even use to put into one different direction to show what was still working in the same room opposite the room. Unfortunately this only works sometimes but I won't be buying another one as it was a replacement as the first replacement I ordered was never delivered I suspect due to the negligence of the courier who delivered the empty slashed package. Either way, don't waste your money unless you need a remote control.
