Taplytics is a great platform to use. My team really enjoys using the platform, and I get regular updates as our needs transform with this platform. The UI flow for my customers is very intuitive and easy to follow, which has made me more productive than before. There are occasional glitches in how certain actions work, or the UX experience isn't always ideal. For example, when I send a request, the customer should then be presented with an edit button so that they can make changes. Otherwise, even if they accept it, there's no way to go back to ask for some edits. This would have been a good idea to add even in alpha mode, for sure. It would definitely help out a lot. We're able to create very successful campaigns in a short amount of time. Our goal is to gain insights around what resonates best with our audience, and then use that information to tweak those elements, as needed. Taplytics is great at helping us track our customer experience and understand what is working and what is not. It is easy to see which channels are working best and which need to be modified. It is really easy to use and has a lot of great features. Nothing that I dislike. It is a great tool to use! We have been able to track and understand exactly what is working and what is not. This helps us make changes, and make sure we are on the right track.
