I like that it's simple for me as an owner of my own clinic, but also has features in place where we can have our staff use them without having direct access or being able see what they are doing! Sometimes there isn't any information available when needed so this could be helpful if more info was added into certain areas (such at billing). It would definitely benefit us all by keeping track everything right from opening up until closing out each patient visit/appointment etc., This helps keep everyone organized which makes running smooth throughout every day workflows much easier!!
