The best scaler I've ever used
This scaler solved my problem. Salmon and other fish fillets are usually sold without scales, and trying to scale these small pieces is very difficult and very messy. Instead I tried this scaler and it worked really well without messing up my kitchen. Why? The shape of the scaler allowed me to work with the fillet entirely in the sink instead of on the countertop next to it. And the pen gave the best buy against dandruff that just flew away - into the sink! Oh, and I held the edge of the fillet with my "kitchen" needle nose pliers.
