. The remote control has been damaged by corrosion due to bad batteries. I almost got scared by the reviews saying it didn't work or that it wasn't genuine because it had a sticker that said 'remote control' above the product number. Well when mine arrived I carefully removed the sticker with a razor blade. It actually said Toshiba CT-90302 underneath it, and it looked identical to my remote control in every way. All buttons seem to work. So, I would say to those who had problems, maybe they ordered the wrong remote for their TV model, or maybe the receiver built into the TV that the remote communicates with failed on their TV, so the problem wasn't the TV . Remote control. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews, it works great on my TV and I couldn't be happier!
