As a hesitant buyer I was skeptical that this fire barrier sealant would be as effective as advertised. However, as a result of using this product, I found that it exceeded my expectations. It was easy to apply and provided a strong seal that gave me peace of mind in an industrial setting.The only downside was the price, which was a bit higher than other sealants on the market.
