mount cheap. As mentioned in the previous review, you get what you pay for. They sent me packages with bolts, washers and nuts. The screws were too long. The instruction was a distorted sheet of paper with instructions in a foreign language. None of the instructions illustrate the use of washers. I had to figure out how to use what I had to get it working. I had to add some extra parts I bought from Home Depot. After assembly I was left with a bag of screws, washers and nuts that I didn't need. Looks like they were just thrown in a bag and sent along with the other parts.
