Do not be afraid of carpet mats

After a trip to Home Depot and reading many reviews on the Internet, it seems that these non-slip mats cause a lot of dissatisfaction. So with some trepidation I ordered an 8x10. It really helps. My Oriental doesn't move and the padding makes it plush. My rug was a bit smaller so I cut off a section of the backing with regular scissors, taped the pieces together and used them on a smaller 2ft 8" x 5ft oriental rug in the hallway that never stayed in place. Well it was a REAL TEST and this little rug stays in place. Order it without fear.
