Some containers were a bit thick. I just added some water and they were ok. What didn't interest me was the white paper tab used to seal the jars under the lids, with an adhesive that made it very difficult to remove cleanly. I suspect that the heat during shipping caused the glue to soften. Just be careful when you pull them off.
