I ordered a pair of 100lb gas shocks. When they arrived the outer packaging (see photo) clearly shows I received the 80lb racks. That's a problem. This is for a boat's engine bay and that 20lb difference might collapse if I use them. I don't risk it. Also, when I looked at each rack, there were no reviews or product labels on it. They're just plain black tubes with a peel-off brand name sticker on them. Therefore, it's impossible to know what you're actually getting. From what I understand these can be 40lb racks. I will return them and only buy properly labeled frames made in the USA. This is either a scam or bad business practice. In any case, it's not safe for my application.
