Slightly disappointed

My Jendeya conures loves his swing set (from another manufacturer), he also likes to chew on blocks of wood so when it came time I tried a new one to order one. The size is good and it seems pretty sturdy; or at least it would if it had something to stop the chains from moving back and forth through the clamp. The moving chains prevent the toy from swinging and make it easy for the bird to tip over. I think that's a pretty serious design flaw.
