I like that it's easy enought if you have some basic understanding of how things work but also has very good documentation in English as well which helps when trying out new features or troubleshooting issues! The support from KPN/Telefonica was excellent at every stage (from initial inquiry through implementation right up until now). There were no downsides - would highly recommend this product without hesitation!! We are solving our customer service problems by providing them an omni channel way communication option via their mobile phone number including voice calls / text messages etc..
