The fact that it has all the tools to keep an eye on your inventory levels, track orders and even track shipments. I like the fact that I can also see where my employees are and what they are up too. Sometimes it becomes a bit confusing when you want to see where something is at the moment but when you go into it again it shows you that another person did it before which makes sense. So in some cases, it might be because one employee went back to work before me so I can't see his activities. It's very helpful especially for manufacturing companies and especially for those who have big production lines.
