Love NB sneakers. This shoe is well made and comfortable, but my memory foam inserts made it extremely comfortable. You need to know NB shoes and your feet (high or low arch, flat feet, etc.) to know which shoes are right for you. You can't give a star to a product because you bought the wrong size or type of shoe. I see this often with some NB buyers giving bad reviews on Revain but not on the NB website. For example, if you buy running shoes and use them for running or trail running shoes, then expect them to be very uncomfortable, but don't give the shoe a bad rating, that's not a problem, it's the customer's problem because he or she she couldn't read the description, shoes and their purpose. If you're not comfortable buying memory foam insoles, most running shoes don't have comfortable insoles. I've been wearing NB for nine years, it took me a minute to adjust and find the right shoes, I've been wearing Saucony shoes for years. Other than that, this is another great shoe to add to my NB collection. Bought another pair, put in a memory foam insert, fantastic!
