I like that we can change our phone number while working with clients, without having to go through other channels or providers. It's super easy for them to use as well! The customer service is also amazing!! They are always willing help us out any time of day/night!! We love web link because they make everything so simple & straightforward. Not much dislike about this product at all. ! If there was something i didn't really enjoy it would be the price tag but i'm sure once your using this software its worth every penny spent. Being able to do business from anywhere has never been easier than before! It's really helpful to have this software available at all times, I can access my work files from anywhere with any device. Sometimes there are some minor issues but they get resolved quickly by their customer support team. If your looking for something that is very simple to use then web link would be perfect for you as everything is designed so clearly and easily understood. We like having our documents stored safely online even though we're not using them on a daily basis.
