Disappointing two small adapters for 24 " and smaller tires Tire straps and extensions
that didn't come with an adapter for 24" and smaller tyres. At the end of the manual it says to call to get the small tire adapters, they're on their way but the extension strap hasn't been ordered yet. All of this came with my previous Kuat. If you're advertising an e-bike with big tires, it looks like you're shipping both extension straps. I still like the rack, but I didn't like the quality control of what was supposed to be included.
