These are the best.Just pay attention to what you're doing. You ALWAYS preheat no matter what brand of pan.You can put skinless chicken in the pan with no oil and it flips without ANY sticking.My wife and I cook with these everyday. No problem.I only use silicone and wood utensils but let's be real. Metal utensils are for cast iron only these days.
