The lock was relatively easy to install. I installed it on an existing door and wasn't sure if the existing hole could be used or not. It was. I used the template provided to mark the top hole needed to secure the lock. It worked great. It is very nice that the correct drill bit is included with the lock. The instructions that came with it had some grammatical and language issues related to the translation, but they're pretty easy to follow. The instructions for using the app were a bit more complicated. I'm having trouble pairing the gateway with the app. I called the number that came with blocking instructions several times and left messages. The instructions say they are PST but I think they might be offshore. On the second day I received a text message. I responded with my concerns and they were quickly responded to with a PDF that helped me get what I needed to do. Blair was very helpful and encouraged me to ask any other questions I had. I asked another question about the lockdown status and Blair was very quick to reply. When I first called I was worried that I would not get support. But as soon as Blair contacted me, those concerns went away. Blair was very knowledgeable and helpful.
