Review on First Arriving Dashboards by Josh Cooper

With first arriving dashboards we can see all our reports at one place in real time. We are able to drill down through incidents and view them all together. The customer support is great as well! Nothing really, but I would love if it had more reporting options and the ability to do some deeper filtering to create custom dashboards. Maybe that's just me though. We have been using this software for over a year now and there has not been any issues or glitches. It's always very reliable. This was a great decision for us because we were able to keep track of our dispatches and incidents in real time.
