Can't comment on durability or reliability as I've only used it once. Secondly, I am not using these blades for what they are intended for (tile cutting). I use it in my table saw to sharpen saw blades (circular and table saws). The ones I had before (from Harbor Freight) and this one did exactly what I wanted. The HF blade was worn on the sides, which is what I use to sharpen saw blades. I decided to try it on corrugated iron roofs as it uses an edge I haven't used myself and it worked great so I didn't throw it away. I bet I haven't thrown the saw away in 3-4 years.
