I like that it has everything you need in one place so there's no searching through different apps or websites to find what i'm looking at! It takes some time getting used too but once your set up its great!! There are many features not listed here such as reporting options which can be very helpful when trying figure out how much an item costs overall vs just certain areas of work performed by my technician/me (i know this isn't super specific). The ability add notes after every call helps keep track better than manually writing things down each day if they aren’t already written next week etc..
