Review on Gates 28490 Inch Polybag Heater by Roy Reeves

I didn't want to order this product because I couldn't decide if the hose was the right dimensions. Is 1/2 inch inside diameter (I/D) or outside diameter (O/D)? I don't know why this information isn't in the description. After extensive research and a phone call to Gates customer service (they were less helpful than described here), I decided to give it a go. Luckily for me, the game paid off. Not only was the hose exactly what I needed, but it was of a very high quality. For those of you wondering the dimensions are as follows: Inner Diameter: 1/2" Outer Diameter: 3/4" Wall Thickness: 1/8" Overall Length: 6' However would give this product 5 stars given the product description is extremely vague as of this writing, so I hope this review will answer many questions.Nonetheless, I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
