The most important thing I like about this tool is its ability to track user activity, thus making it easy for me to understand how my employees are spending their time. This tool also provides real-time feedback about the activities of the users so that I can immediately respond when there is a need to do something to improve things. The dashboard makes the data available in a very easy way to understand. The fact that there is a limit to the number of employees who can be monitored from one account is an issue but not enough to discourage me from using this tool. I am really happy with the service by Traitquest as it has enabled me to monitor user activity and productivity at all levels within a company. It helps me to track progress of projects, and it helps my team members reach targets set out for them. The platform is very user friendly, the design is great and it's easy to integrate with other platforms such as Salesforce.The only thing I dislike about traitquest is the lack of integration with other platforms like salesforce. It's a great tool for companies who want to engage their employees. We have been able to measure our employee engagement which has increased by 15%.
