I love that they are able to do so much for us without having any extra cost or overhead involved in running our account management system (AMS). They have helped improve my team's efficiency by allowing them more time spent doing what we're good at - managing accounts while leaving behind all those pesky AMS details which can be very overwhelming when you don't really know how an ami works yet but still want everything done right. The only thing i dislike about smartkarrots services is their support staff; sometimes there seems like too many people jumping into conversations instead of letting someone else take over if needed. We've been using Karrots as part of some larger project involving moving several different companies off traditional CRM solutions. This has allowed each individual client manager/team member who manages multiple clients within this same area access to tools designed specifically towards working collaboratively across departments.
