Perch bolts were missing on first order. The replacement they sent me was missing. BREAK! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! It's a bird carrier! Most importantly - perch! Without being able to use perch in it makes carrying it useless to me! I ended up using parts from the original carrier that were sent to me and a replacement. However, after the headache of all that nonsense about the missing cargo, the carrier himself is doing fine. It's a mix of good and bad quality. For only $50 I think it should be all good quality. The bottom insert will definitely break eventually, and depending on the bird, your bird may bite into it. It's a thin piece of plastic, the kind used to sell potted flowers. I hope we can survive this for at least 2 years.
