Enjoyable for all ages!
I purchased this for my gymnast/ cheerleader daughter (14 yo) for Christmas and she loves it! She was using a smaller gym mat to practice at home, but that wasn't the safest since those can slip if not pushed against a wall. This allows her to practice her full line for her half time shows safely. My 4-year-old has also enjoyed bouncing and running across it playing pirates :)
