Review on Winco CBI 1824 Grooved Cutting 18 Inch by Kimberly Evans

I compared the dimensions with my kitchen. That's big. I thought I would probably only use it once a year, but now I've used it multiple times over the past two months. It fits nicely over part of my sink and gives me extra countertop space while still allowing access to my sink. I like to cut up veggies that like to spread out, like cabbage. And also for meat (for example, for cutting two roast chickens). I appreciate the gutter. It's a good thickness so I can chop/cut without worrying about the board breaking even if it's only partially supported. Be sure to measure this across the width of your sink if you don't plan on washing it in the tub.
