I think this works for my opinion

We have an energetic, protective Lab and sometimes she'll jump up from a sound sleep to loud barking at some little noise. I put this device in our living room where we have one of her dog beds, and she has been in deep sleep in the evenings. She is still alert during the day and that's because she gets taken to the dog park or goes in the backyard. At night she snoozes peacefully and does not have that constant desire to keep going out all evening. I believe this is very helpful, definitely a calming effect. I recommend it to anyone who wants their dog to calm down. I noticed a difference by the second evening.
