Review on Ultracomms by Ben Diesel

The best part of the software is it's flexibility. It makes it easy to configure, integrate and manage multiple channels in one place. I can't think of anything bad about this software for now. It is very good and has great customer service. I would love to see a better UI/UX. If you are looking for a reliable software that will help you out during busy days or slow seasons, then go for ultracommms. We have been using this software since 2 years and have not faced any problems regarding its usage. This software is good as it helps us to keep track of our clients, their queries and also gives us reports at regular intervals.
