Best Channel Manager Software with Excellent Customer Service

The best part of the software is it's flexibility. It makes it easy to configure, integrate and manage multiple channels in one place. I can't think of anything bad about this software for now. It is very good and has great customer service. I would love to see a better UI/UX. If you are looking for a reliable software that will help you out during busy days or slow seasons, then go for ultracommms. Great software that far exceeds expectations

The best part is I can access my data from anywhere in the world using any device, even when there's no internet connection. We're able to have an online helpdesk system for our clients without having to hire additional staff or incur more costs. It also allows us to keep tabs on all of our agents at once. Very attentive Customer Service Team

The best part of using ultracommms is their customer service team. They are always willing to help you out in any way they can, even if it's just giving you advice or suggestions. Sometimes I find myself calling them for a simple question, only to be told "I'm sorry we don't have an answer for that".
