Review on Kreg KMA3700 ACCU-Cut XL Precision Tool by Auden Paz

Not really! for circular saws Accessory

The name should be In-Accu-Cut because the connections between the segments cause a displacement of approximately 1/32 inch from one end to the other by 2 connected segments. This results in a 1/16 inch error along the entire length of the 8 foot cut. And yes, I followed the directions exactly, but after an hour of fiddling with this thing, I still couldn't figure it out. That's fine for rough woodwork (in which case you don't need to buy that thing anyway!), but if you think you're going to be taking apart sheet metal for something more like furniture-making, forget it! There's a reason a chainsaw costs hundreds of dollars. This thing cost $174 including tax, so you've already paid half the price for a decent chainsaw that will give you much better results. All in all, do not buy this product. If you can't afford to buy a chainsaw, you're much better off making your own chainsaw from a YouTube video or just buying a regular $20 ruler because this thing doesn't get any better than this!
