Delivered in great time and in perfect condition! I was so excited to receive this in the mail. I literally took it out of the box and began using it. I didn't even wait to remove the plastic! I use this, in addition to another round bolster by Hugger Mugger, for resorative yoga poses. I use this standard one on days when I'm a bit more flexible, and the round one on days when I'm more stiff and tight.It's incredibly sturdy without feeling hard when using it. Great after a hard work out. Also a wonderful tool for providing self care to a body that has felt unsupported, overused, burned out or experienced medical or emotional trauma. The comfort, ease and support I experience when using these props is just addicting.
