Winch works great and easy to install. However, the retaining plate that rests on the wheel is not big enough. It's almost as big as the hole in the wheel. I don't think this works the way it's posted. I had to make an extra plate to keep the lock plate from slipping through the hole in the wheel. NOT a direct replacement for the 2500HD application.
