Hi boy reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication and customer service. Not only did they refund me the scooter in full. They sent me a brand new Hiboy s2 scooter to make things right with no cost to me. I tried it out today and this thing is very sturdy and it seems like they got it right with this scooter . That’s the kind of customer service I like and I will definitely give them a second chance on future products.Old review 1 starI’m very disappointed with HiBoy customer service. I have been trying to contact them for over a week. Since I started riding the whole electric scooter rumbles and is not secure. I’ve had multiple screws for from the scooter. Just from normal riding. The video attached to this review shows the screw connecting the kickstand to the scooter just fell out. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this there is no way to contact them if somethings wrong. I’m going to return this and get a refund.
