The handle on this product makes it difficult to lift a coffee mug. The combined weight of a heavy ceramic coffee maker plus the weight of wet coffee grounds calls for a better handle design. I have to hold the brewery myself because I can't lift it by the handle without it tipping over. Also, the foot that holds the coffee cup is so small that I have to be careful not to drop it into the cup and spill hot water and coffee grounds all over the place. Those two complaints aside, I like the ceramic teapot. It holds heat well and brews well.
