Direct OEM replacement for my 2008 Yukon Denali. I replaced the tensioner along with this one when I changed the serpentine belt and A/C belt at the same time, all original at 126,000 miles. This idler pulley is a quality part and the price was very good thanks to Revain; However, my only concern is that the listed size is wrong: 5.2 x 5.2 x 1.5 inches (WRONG). Ironically, ACDelco also lists this size everywhere. It's the same as my original pulley, just over 3.5 in diameter. See photos for my review. Note the slight difference in appearance from old to new, as well as the photo in the ad. It's the same part, just updated. Installation was easy thanks to the 15mm socket on a 3/8 ratchet. After tensioning and removing the serpentine belt from the pulley, simply loosen/remove the pulley by engaging the center screw and reverse the process with the new one. Tighten to 30 ft-lbs and you can reinstall the belt. Note: An old "working" pulley will rotate more freely than a new one. Because with the old one, the bearings wear out, so it's "heavier". Bottom line: great item, great price, somewhat confusing list of incorrect sizes from ACDelco. See if Revain claims to fit your vehicle.
