Great Platform That Helps Keep Our Clients Happy

I like how easy it was for my staff members who used this platform during their shift time, they were able to keep track of what orders are coming in from our clients as well as being updated when food items run out or any other issues arise while working! This helped us be more efficient by not having to call each client individually about order status every hour which could have been very tiring if we had too many calls at once (we're running an office). The layout also seemed really outdated compared to newer apps/platforms so some features didn't work properly such as sending text messages through WhatsApp using Whatsapp integration but otherwise everything worked fine! We've realized that keeping tabs of all customer requests would make things easier since you can easily see where everyone's needs lie within one place - no need to ask them over email to find out if something else has arrived yet.

Pros
  • Also includes calendar functionality with reminders sent before shifts start / end times; notifications alerting customers upon arrival & departure along wth alerts regarding new incoming products available via your caterings app!! Allows managers access remotely without needing to step into storefront area directly :)
Cons
  • Customer tracking is limited only showing
