Review on πŸ“Š CT500 Caltrac Calorie Tracker by Body Max by Christopher Isaac

Great tool but only one complaint

I've been using Caltrac on and off for years. This is a great tool if you are honest about what you are entering for calories. Since human nature causes us to underestimate the calories in those few small bites or our portion sizes, I've found an effective technique which involves usually putting in more calories than the label says. For example, if the packaging says my organic bean burrito has 300 calories, I'll give it 350. By adding more and more calories, this serves as insurance in case I forget to put the calories in the 3 gummy beans I swiped from the bowl on the desk in the secretary. Table. This is a great motivator that can encourage you to walk instead of driving to the corner store, or skip a late-night snack when you see how many calories you haven't burned yet. And since most sources recommend gradual weight loss, it helps stay on track. Even if the scale doesn't give positive feedback, you can still feel a sense of accomplishment when you see the calories burned exceeding the calories burned. My only complaint is that the clip that holds the scales on your pants always breaks after a while. So I have 4 of these that still work great but I can't wear them anymore. Luckily, the price has become so affordable that switching isn't too painful, just inconvenient.
