Fits my 2005 Sierra. Install it on a warm day. The snaps are rough around the edges, so take some fine sandpaper and sand them smooth. I waited until it was warm outside and put it on the hood in the sun to really warm it up, then slowly installed it. Slide it in place, don't knock it. It has a sticky rubber band on each side, just like your old one. It's not the perfect fit. I think the elastic used to attach it is too thick, but it doesn't look loose or sloppy. Good for replacing flimsy plastic at a good price. Let's see how long it stays in place. Remember you will not have a brand new tailgate.
