Couldn't find this size in two house ware warehouses.

I have a double pantry in my kitchen. The manual was poorly set and while I'm quite capable, I'm stubborn and don't want to change the manual. So every few years or so I have to buy these wheels to replace wheels that have worn out due to a poorly installed guide. I can't find this size in either of the two major hardware stores.
