All in all I love this product and am so happy to have it. I have a big dog that needs lots of exercise, and it allows me to throw her a ball for her to chase in public parks without her being offleash (so I can exercise her without exhausting me). However, be very very careful with it if you have a big dog like mine that can pull. My dog occasionally will bark and pull at strangers or other dogs, and when someone caught my attention unexpectedly my dog went running to bark, so I grabbed partway down the leash to try to stop her from getting close and enjoyed a painful blister on my finger for days as a result. Hold it by the foam handle only and watch out for anything that might make your dog bolt. I also was not careful enough when the leash was laying at my feet another time, and when my dog went running for the ball I threw the leash managed to wrap itself around the back of my legs and give me massive rope burn behind my knees. It could very easily cause people to get tangled and trip as well. Excellent product, but recognize it is a fast moving and rough rope even if it feels pretty smooth when stationary.
