I love this app because it gives me all my health data at once! It's very easy for people with multiple schedules or busy lives (like myself) who want accountability from their trainer/fitness partner but don't have time every week during class hours just like traditional fitness programs do. The only thing i dislike about using these apps would be having issues getting your account info synced up across devices such as phone vs laptop etc.- if there was some sorta central storage area where we could see everything stored then maybe things wouldn' t get confused so much? Overall great service- super helpful when looking into healthy foods & meal prep ideas since they give many options depending what type dieter wants which can make shopping easier :) also really good support team too - always willing help out even after purchase!! I like the fact that it has all my favorite apps connected together. It makes tracking food and exercise easy! I would love for it to be easier to log food/exercise. There aren't many other fitness apps out there with this much functionality. Try it! The best part about the app is that it's free. You can try it out without spending any money. Tracking calories and workouts is so easy!
