These filters are a perfect match and cost a lot less. This round I went with the MERV 10 because I wanted more than the standard MERV 8 I usually buy from local stores but didn't want to go any higher. My air conditioning repairman told me that if the MERV was too high, it could result in too much flow restriction. Nordic Pure is one of the few companies to offer this rating.
