I like that it has all of my contacts in one place so its easy for me when i need to reach out or send an email! It is very helpful because you can see who's coming into your services at any given time which helps with scheduling as well as knowing if they are attending regularly. The only thing about this program is how slow some people respond sometimes but other than that there isn't anything wrong here. This software makes managing our membership database much easier by keeping us up-to date with everyone we have contact information for.
