I have been using this software for almost 4 years now! It works great as well as it is user friendly. There are some features that could be improved but there's nothing majorly wrong with them either. This program has really helped me keep track of all our activities in one place so we don't need 2 different programs anymore. I like that it has all of my contacts in one place so its easy for me when i need to reach out or send an email! It is very helpful because you can see who's coming into your services at any given time which helps with scheduling as well as knowing if they are attending regularly. I like that it is easy for me as an administrator of our website to keep track of all my member's information in one place and easily see who has logged into or out from our site as well as their contact info if needed. I wish there was more flexibility with how we could customize this application but I guess they are working hard to improve it! It would be nice if you were able to make your own fields instead of having them pre-populate. This makes it so much easier when creating new accounts

I like that it is simple for my congregation because there are no tabs or features they have not yet implemented into their web-based software (which makes sense since this was designed by them). It's easy for parents that aren't techies or don'e know how things work in computers/internet very well at all!
