I like that it is very user friendly for both my staff as well as myself (church leader). It has helped us keep track of our membership numbers which helps me plan future events/activities with more certainty in mind! We have not found any downsides at this time. If you are looking for something simple but powerful then look no further than CMlink. The benefits we realized were immediate after implementing CMlink into our organization - better communication between all levels within our team; easier access to information about member activity; increased accountability among leadership level individuals who had previously been unaware of their responsibilities regarding retention efforts.
