I like that it is simple for my congregation because there are no tabs or features they have not yet implemented into their web-based software (which makes sense since this was designed by them).
The only thing about CM link we dislike so far has been with our online giving options - but you can always call Customer Support if needed! It's easy enough even non techies in our small community of less than 1000 people will be able utilize most functions via smartphone app as well which helps keep costs down while maintaining functionality from your website/phone system etc..
