Does the CX-9 window regulator make a grinding noise? Simple solution!

Worked beautifully on my 2012 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring! It took only 20 minutes to remove and replace! You have to remove the entire door panel but it is only held in place by 3 screws and a couple of clips. My old motor still ran, but after 6 years of use the gearbox threads were worn out and started making a grinding noise when trying to raise the window. I had to raise the window by hand so I decided to try and replace the motor. It ended up being a plastic gear thread (male) that had come loose on the old motor, so replacing it with this new motor solved my problem! fully and hold for a few seconds until you hear the relay click. This sets the lower limit and remembers it next time. Then drag the button to close the window and hold it down after the window closes. You should hear the relay click again. This sets the upper limit. Repeat this once or twice if the automatic feature still doesn't work, but it should eventually reset itself!
