First they sold me what looks like used pliers. It's covered in fat! The claw and handle have chips and abrasions. The washers holding the jets are not strong. It's not even a full wash! Your attachments will slip! Of course you can say that these are replacement tips, but what's the point if they are poorly finished and fall out of the tool? The washer is thin and looks like it will break easily. Instead of a semi-thin washer, it is better to use a strong pin. I just received my order in the mail about 15 minutes ago. After opening it I put it back in the packaging as I will be sending it back. Don't invest in something poorly put together only to lose in a short period of time so they end up getting my money even if it breaks. Especially selling something used, which is illegal without advertising to the buyer. Look elsewhere, nothing to see here.
