HIGH SERVICE CROCK

This stoneware requires little maintenance. I couldn't find a customer service number and you suggest your customers contact you through Revain. I was glad you offer glazed weights and that's one of the reasons I bought them. However, they are not fully glazed and still tend to bacterial growth on the raw side. Glazing on all sides but one defeats the purpose. You should consider adding lead/cadmium free glass weights. Whether the protrusions on each side are decorative because they are difficult to grasp without holding a finger. Could you add a helpful finger lock for a better, more secure grip? Why do your pitchers rock? There are so many procrastination messages, I should have looked into them more carefully. Is this a design flaw because it's a common complaint? I was hoping the one you sent me would end up on the counter, but no. I was afraid it would tip over. I understand the bottom should be unglazed but could you at least polish the bottom so it doesn't scratch the counter. It's a pretty sliver, but with too many bugs, so it's disappointing.
